Terms:

FOB or Collect:  Customers pay the freight, and the product becomes their responsibility once it leaves our docks.

Delivered product:  We pay all freight costs, and are responsible for the product until the customer signs the receiving paperwork.  Freight costs and surcharges are added to the price per pound.

PPA, or Pre-paid deliveries:  The shipper or supplier will pre-pay the freight, these costs are added to the invoice.  The product is our responsibility until the customer signs the receiving paperwork, we will add a 20% surcharge on shipping for financing the freight and taking responsibility for the product until delivered and signed for.
